How to book:

Step 1: Submit a copy of your doctors order along with a copy of your insurance card at the bottom of the main page. 

Step 2: Select what services you require. 

Step 3: A member of our staff will come to your location for service (Must be home address or work address).

Step 4: Payment (Payment is due at the completion of service, we accept debit/credit card or cash).

Step 5: Our staff member will transport your specimen to the designated lab for testing.
